This 150 years old, perfectly renovated Event Center provides a unique experience in the city centre of Budapest.
It is an ideal venue for conferences, trainings, gala dinners, concerts and workshops as well.
The bulding was constructed between 1870 and 1873, and it was the first major design of the world-famous architect, Otto Wagner. All our visitors are impressed by the state-of-art technical solutions as well as the gorgeous ornamentation of the building, which is the symbol of past and present at the heart of Budapest.
The Arabesque-style Main Hall has a capacity of 300 + 60 participants with a theater style or school type seating, and it seats 300 persons for gala dinners.
The capacity of the arabesque style Auditorium is 300 + 60 persons, while the 6 function rooms may accomodate 20-100 persons each.
The acustics of the Auditorium with the built-in sound and light systems makes it a popular concert venue.
The central location of the Rumbach Event Center is a huge advantage: 3 metro stations and numerous bus and tram stops are within a 3-5 minutes walking distance.
Those arriving by car can find 3 parking lots nearby.

Auditorium
The Auditorium with its 645m2 surface is one of the finests in Hungary. It has a unique architecture.
The Arabesque-style decoration is dominated by two colours, red and blue. The symbolic meanings of each give a special interpretation of the space: red is the colour of the heart, whereas blue is the colour of the intellect. Therefore, the senses and the thoughts create the harmony of the inner space together.
The 28 meters tall dome of the Auditorium is held by golden-plated metal coloumns, which do not block visibility.
Stages may be placed at the end of the hall, as well as the middle of the Auditorium. Anchoring and hanging points for fixing are available for both solutions.
The Auditorium has outstanding acoustics. Events can use the built in sound and light solutions, which may be upgraded or extended upon request.
There is a Gallery above the Auditorium, surrounding it, where further seats can be placed, but it is also an optimal site for buffet meals.
The capacity of the Auditorium is 300+60 (or 30) participants, depending of the location of the stage. Capacities with office style or roundtables (seating 10) in banquet style are the same, 300 seats
The Auditorium is located on the ground floor. Barrier-free access is provided to all halls.

A Díszterem felett fut körbe, és összeköttetést biztosít a kisebb termek felé. A rögzített székek 30, vagy 60 fővel növelhetik a földszinti résztvevő számot. A létszám attól függ, hogy a Díszterem melyik részére építjük a színpadot. Középső elhelyezés esetén mind a 60 hely használható, míg a Díszterem végébe épített színpad esetén 30 helyről lehet jól látni.
